What is The Star Club?

The Star Club is a loyalty rewards program offered to visitors to any of the Star Entertainment Group properties across Australia. Every time you use your membership card to play at the casinos, stay in the hotels or dine at any of the restaurants at the three properties, you will accrue tier points which give you access to all kinds of member benefits and rewards. You’ll also earn Casino Dollars when you play, stay or dine at The Star properties, which work as onsite currency that can later be redeemed at any of the locations.

How to become a Star Club member

Anyone over the age of 18 can apply to become a member of The Star Club, except for employees of any of the Star Entertainment properties or its corporate bodies. It is free to join and all you need to do is complete an application form, which can be obtained through The Star Club website, the Star Club app or in person at any of the Star Club member kiosks on the properties. Once you have registered, you need to visit one of the Star Club kiosks in person within 30 days to complete your application by providing a valid photo ID.

Upon approval, you will receive a membership card which you will need to present any time you spend money at any of The Star properties. You will also be provided with a pin number which will allow you to check your points balance and review your membership information online at The Star Club website.

How to accumulate tier points

Once you become a member of The Star Club, you will accrue reward points every time you make a purchase at any of The Star Casino affiliated properties, including money spent on gambling, hotel stays and purchases at onsite bars and restaurants. As you accumulate more points, you will move your way up through the different membership tiers, with different benefits available for each loyalty tier. The tier points required to qualify for each tier are:

• Silver: 100 tier points
• Gold: 1,500 tier points
• Platinum: 5,000 tier points at The Star Club properties in Queensland
• Platinum: 7,000 tier points at The Star Sydney
• Diamond: Membership by invitation only

Once you have established your tier status, you have 12 months to enjoy the benefits of that loyalty tier. You must continue to accrue enough points to maintain your tier status and as long as you continue to earn points, they will never expire.

How to earn Star Gifts

Members of the Star Club with silver status or higher have the opportunity to be rewarded with a Star Gift as a little thank you from time to time. Star Gifts can be redeemed for a range of products, gift cards, events, experiences or Casino Dollars. You can track your progress towards your next Star Gift by logging in to the Member Dashboard online and viewing any unlocked Star Gifts. Any unlocked Star Gifts that are not redeemed within 12 months will expire unless you continue to accrue tier points.
