RAW iGaming acquires Spigo portfolio from Lady Luck Games

Spigo gaming news

Online casino game supplier RAW iGaming has completed the purchase of Spigo and its entire library of casual titles from Lady Luck Games.

This acquisition is designed to make it possible for the Malta-based supplier to extend its services into more gaming regions. The deal will give RAW access to Spigo’s platform, customers, and games.

Spigo is best known for its catalogue of casual gaming titles like Sudoku, Yatzy, Backgammon, Solitaire, and Match 3, although it has also developed some online slots and B2B gaming platforms as well.

According to RAW iGaming’s CEO, Tom Wood, this move is aimed at diversifying the company’s gaming offering and expanding its reach within the industry.

“This is another step in our company’s evolution to provide premium products to every channel of the gaming industry,” said Wood.

“Just as in the commoditisation of slot games, within the casual games space we see the same never-ending sea of sameness. Through the RAW team’s innovative game design and unique creativity, we hope to change that just as we are doing in the slots market.

“I look forward to seeing what the amazing RAW team can create and how we can evolve the casual game market together over the coming years.”

During the course of this year, RAW has created a pattern of acquiring new businesses, including Sapphire Gaming and Leander Games.
